We are proud to welcome JoAnn Neylan, Esq. to our firm. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in 1984 from New York University, Ms. Neylan attended Brooklyn Law School receiving her Juris Doctor degree in 1987.  Following law school, JoAnn was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney's Office, Brooklyn, NY.  During her tenure as an ADA she was quickly promoted through the ranks where she specialized in protecting children from abuse and prosecuting violent sexual predators.  She joined Spector Foerst & Associates in 2011 to complement their criminal defense and civil trial sections.
